The player is believed to have passed the medical for Barca a few days ago, and all details in his contract have been finalised.
Barca and Inigo have been linked together for some time, with rumours of the Catalan interest in him beginning last summer.
This has been Blaugrana’s top priority signing as they turned down other options to focus on Inigo’s deal. The 31-year-old defender looks to join Barca too, despite interests from Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan and Napoli.
