Arda Guler is confident he will “succeed” at Real Madrid, dismissing rumors about a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu.

Guler will “succeed” at Real Madrid

Guler has made 31 appearances for Madrid in all competitions this season.

However, the 20-year-old has come off the bench in 21 of those games, often for just a few minutes.

Despite only seeing limited minutes under Carlo Ancelotti, Guler insisted he has no plans to leave Madrid this summer.

“Real Madrid gave me a plan, and I still believe in it,” Guler said.

“I’m sure I’ll succeed at Madrid, I’ve even bought a house in Madrid. I work hard and I’m always ready to play.”

“I came to Real Madrid to play and be an important part of the team. And I won’t stop until I achieve that.”

Win more titles

Guler made the switch from Fenerbahce to Madrid in 2023 for a deal worth an initial €20 million.

The Turkey international was part of the Madrid squad that won the Champions League, LaLiga, and Spanish Super Cup last season.

“We’re ready to fight for all three titles until the end of the season, and that’s going to be exciting,” Guler said.

“Madrid always fights to win every game and every title. Personally, my only desire is to play in every game and help my team win every title.”
