La Liga week 21 preview: Getafe vs Granada 

Getafe host Granada in a battle of two clubs on the bottom half of La Liga in the last match of week 21. They are looking to settle their score this season after sharing the points on October 28, where a late equalizer by Jorge Molina denied the Azulones their first win of the season. 

Already been eliminated from the Copa del Rey, survival is the name of the game for both clubs. 

Overview 

Granada are looking good to remain in the Spanish top flight for another season, as they are currently at 14th with 24 points. They are on a seven-match unbeaten league run that saw them stun Atlético Madrid and even had a late equalizer to draw Barcelona to preserve the streak. 

Victory by the Andalusian outfit would see them level on points with Espanyol. They can surpass the latter should they win by more than three goals. 

On the other hand, Getafe are just a point above the relegation zone, six behind the visiting side. Their six-match unbeaten run at La Liga was broken by Sevilla 11 days ago. A win would push them further to safety.
