Real Madrid are one of the most decorated professional sports teams in the world. Known as Los Blancos, the club was founded in 1902 as Madrid Football Club before King Alfonso XIII bestowed to them their current name. 

Playing their home matches at the 81,000-seater Estadio Santiago Bernabéu since 1947, Real Madrid have won 34 La Liga titles, 19 Copa del Rey championships, and 11 Supercopa de España trophies. They have also amassed 13 European Cup and UEFA Champions League first place finishes, as well as two UEFA Cups and four UEFA Super Cups. 

Some of the football legends who have played wearing the all-white colors include Ferenc Puskás, Cristiano Ronaldo, Luís Figo, Zinedine Zidane, Ronaldo, and Kaká. 

In the 2020-21 season, Madrid finished second at the La Liga table and reach the semifinals of the UEFA Champions League. Karim Benzema was the top goalscorer last season with 30 goals in all competitions.
