The 21-year-old exited the game before halftime in France’s 3-2 friendly win over Chile.
Camavinga slowly walked off under his power in the 43rd minute but he was in discomfort.
He was replaced by Matteo Guendouzi a minute later.
Reports stated that Camavinga sustained a sprained left ankle after undergoing initial tests.
France and Real Madrid will continue to monitor Camavanga’s situation to reveal the extent of his injury.
The expected timeframe of recovery would indicate around at least two weeks.

Camavinga’s injury could be a major concern for Carlo Ancelotti and Real Madrid.
Madrid will have their UEFA Champions League quarter-final first-leg fixture with Manchester City on April 9.
